JSW Steel increases galvanised steel prices

CHENNAI: JSW Steel has announced a hike of Rs. 1,000 a tonne for its galvanise steel while the price for HR coils remains unchanged. The price hike for galvanised steel has been necessitated by the steep increase in zinc prices in the international markets. The price of zinc has gone up by $800-$900 in the international market in the last 30-35 days, according to the company.
