Spotlight to be on disaster management

Bellary: Mock demonstrations on how to manage disasters will be held on National Disaster Day on the Municipal School grounds here on November 13 at 9.15 a.m.

The programme, which is being organised jointly by Home Guards and Fire Fighting Service personnel, is aimed at creating awareness among people on the measures one can take during a disaster and tips on how to help rescue victims of the disaster.
