Child Health Week observance

KOZHIKODE: K. Karthikeya Varma, Malabar Institute of Medical Sciences (MIMS) Academy director and former Principal of Kozhikode Medical College, will inaugurate the Child Health Week organised by the Indian Academy of Paediatrics (IAP) at the MIMS Hospital on Monday. IAP district president Suresh Kumar will preside. Dr. Subbaram will take classes on respiratory diseases.

The week-long programme includes health education classes for teachers and school students. A quiz programme jointly organised by the IAP district branch and Paediatrics Department of Kozhikode Medical College will be held at the Institute of Maternal and Child Health (IMCH) on November 17.
