HYDERABAD: Keeping with the Children's Day spirit, a special exhibition showcasing the art works of child artists was inaugurated on Sunday at Salar Jung museum by museum's board member V.V. Krishna Shastry. This weeklong exhibition displays works of students of class VI to X of 30 schools of the twin cities in different media like pencil, ink, pastel and others.
Varied themes
The themes and ideas range from landscapes, still life, mythological stories etc., a press release said. The museum will also organise essay writing, elocution and drawing competitions during Children's Week to be celebrated from November 14 to 20.
