Sensex crosses 13600 mark

MUMBAI: After a two-day break, a strong bull charge on Tuesday drove the stock markets to new heights, with the Bombay Stock Exchange 30-share sensitive index (Sensex) closing at a new peak of 13616.77, up by a steep 186 points. Similarly, the National Stock Exchange's S&P CNX Nifty soared by 62.10 points to 3918.25.
