BANGALORE: Two persons stabbed a 30-year-old man near Ganesh Temple in Banashankari police station limits on Tuesday morning. According to the police, the assailants waylaid Ramesh, the victim, and stabbed him around his stomach. A Hoyasala patrolling party noticed Mr. Ramesh on the road and shifted him to Victoria Hospital. The police are yet to identify the assailants.
Constable attacked
A person with criminal antecedents injured a policeman when he was being caught in Peenya II Stage on Monday night. According to police, a team of Rajgopalanagar police, including police constable Harish, went to Peenya to catch Anil and two of his accomplices. When the police surrounded Anil, he retaliated and hit Harish around his arm with a sharp weapon. Injured Harish and other policemen caught Anil and arrested him.
