Food fest

Chettinadu food fest, on at Brasseries, the multi-cuisine restaurant at The Richmond Hotel, will continue till December 10. The fest is on only for dinner from 7.30 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Chef Prabhakaran and Chef Rajan from Karaikudi, who specialise in this cuisine, have created the festival menu. Twenty-three spices o into the making of these dishes.

Customers can look forward to traditional dishes like meen puttu, kootan choru along with desserts like paal paniyaram.
