PUDUKOTTAI: Job seekers, especially freshers, should keep the evolving concept of `Marketability Index' in mind.

This can be developed by having an open mind to acquire knowledge and learning about the best way of doing things using contemporary ideas and tools, S. Ilango, Past Zone President of JCI India, has said.

He was the resource person at a two-day workshop on `Communication skill,' organised by the Rotary Club of Pudukottai Crown City for the students of Government Arts College for Women.

Rotary Assistant Governor SP. Lagappan inaugurated the workshop. The president of the club, Mukhilan, was in the chair.
