Ombudsmen panel mooted

HYDERABAD: State BJP president Bandaru Dattatreya on Monday suggested ombudsmen committee to enquire into grabbing of assigned lands by the rich and to take them back for distribution to eligible beneficiaries.

In a statement here, he said such a committee would, to some extent, help solve illegal occupation of assigned lands by the rich and powerful.
