A touch of glamour

Chennai: Miss Earth Afghanistan 2003, Vida Samadzai, will actively participate in the events associated with the Chennai Open ATP tennis tournament, which will take place from January 1 to 7, at the Nungambakkam Stadium here.

She will attend the players' party, the Rolex charity auction, the CRY charity match and many other events during the week-long tournament.

Ten girls will perform the cheerleader duties during the tournament, as part of `Cuticura Cheerleaders,' organised by IMG and Cuticura, the official deodorant for the Chennai Open.

The audition for selecting the girls will be held on December 23 at the Nungambakkam Tennis Stadium at 2 p.m. — Sports Reporter
