Southern Empire wins Johnnie Walker Indian 2000 Guineas

Mumbai: Southern Empire, ridden by B. Prakash, won the Johnnie Walker Indian 2000 Guineas, the feature event at the races held here on Sunday. The winner is owned by Dr. M.A.M. Ramaswamy & Mr. Zavaray S. Poonawalla rep. Poonawalla Racing & Breeding Ltd. S. Ganapathy trains the winner.
