2 children killed in landmine blast

Jammu: Two children were killed in a blast that occurred when they fiddled with a landmine in Jammu and Kashmir's Poonch district on Sunday evening, official sources said.

The children picked the landmine, that had come down with the rainwater from the hill to the riverine areas, and played with it in the Jallas border area.

They were identified as Munna (10) and Munshi (12). — PTI
