BANGALORE: The trauma for the family of Sher Ali continues as the police are yet to make a headway in the case of kidnap of Sher Ali's 16-year-old son, Irfan Baig, who reportedly went missing on Monday morning. Abdullah, Ali's family member, told The Hindu on Tuesday that they were not willing to reveal anything about the incident. However, Mr. Abdullah said, the family members would continue to cooperate with the police. Irfan Baig, a school dropout, recently started helping his father in his business of giving construction material on rent. The shop is located on Koramangala 80-foot Road. According to the complaint, Irfan went missing a little distance away from the shop. The kidnappers allegedly called Sher Ali and demanded a ransom of Rs. 20 lakh. The city police have formed teams to investigate the case.
