Indoor stadium opened

ANANTAPUR: Academic pressure and lure of TV made students disinterested in sports and games, Zilla Parishad Chairperson T. Kavitha said here on Tuesday. Speaking after inaugurating an indoor stadium here she said such facilities would encourage the students to take to sports. District Collector D. Kadmiel said that membership fee for availing the facility was affordable to all.

District Revenue Officer M. Sudarshan Reddy, District Sports Development Officer C.L.N. Reddy and District Education Officer Abdul Hameed participated.
