Kamal Nath to hold talks in Philippines

NEW DELHI: Commerce Minister Kamal Nath is leaving on Wednesday for the Philippines to thrash out differences coming in the way of Free Trade Agreement with ASEAN ahead of the summit of the ten-nation bloc to be attended by Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.
