NIIT Tech, DB Systems conclude agreement

NEW DELHI: NIIT Technologies AG, the German subsidiary of the internationally operating offshore-services provider NIIT Technologies, has concluded an offshore partnership agreement with the IT full-service provider, DB Systems GmbH, for the flexible provisioning of IT specialists, says a release.
