Minister backs transfer of PHC to NGO

ANANTAPUR: Minister for Agriculture and Civil Supplies N. Raghuveera Reddy has backed the State Government decision to handover the Public Health Centre at Gudibanda in his Madakasira constituency to a non-governmental organisation.

He said the Government had taken a decision after discussing the matter with the all parties. The PHC would be transferred to Swami Vivekananda Integrated Rural health centre, an NGO at Pavagada in Karnataka on April 1 this year.
