GHCL acquires U.S. firm

MUMBAI: Diversified company GHCL, part of the Dalmia Group, on Monday said its step-down subsidiary Best Textiles International in the U.S. had acquired assets of Best Manufacturing Group LLC (BEST) for $35 million.
