Belgaum school excels at `VERVE 2007'

Belgaum: The city-based MATS School of Business emerged "Overall Champions" at "VERVE 2007", a national-level management festival, organised by St. Aloysius Institute of Business Administration in Mangalore last week.

According to a press release issued here on Wednesday, ICFAI, Panjim; IIPM, Bangalore; SMJCE, Bangalore; Mangalore University; IMSR, Hubli; IMER, Belgaum; and KIMS, Dharwad, were among the participants.

Talent

Students exhibited their talent in marketing, human resource, finance, business plan, best manager and quiz competitions.

Students of MATS School of Business bagged the first places in business plan (Harshad Ail, Vaishali Goradia and Sampatkumar Soni), human resource (Harshad Ail, Roopali, Baijal and Hrishali Nikkam) and marketing (Smita Acharya and Vaishali Goradia).
