BANGALORE: The Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation's (BMTC) bus stand at Jayanagar IV Block will temporarily be shifted to areas adjoining 9th Main from R.V. Nursing College to 30th Cross from Thursday to facilitate construction of a state-of-the-art bus terminal. Karnataka Land Army Corporation will take up construction of the new terminal being funded by the Jawaharlal Nehru National Urban Renewal Mission, from Monday, according to BMTC. For buses towards Kempe Gowda Bus Station, K.R. Market and Shivajinagar, bus stops have been provided adjacent to the Jain Temple on the 9th Main. Bus stops are provided adjacent to the Idga Maidan on 9th Main for buses towards Jayanagar V Block, J.P. Nagar VI Phase, Jambusavari Dinne, Banashankari, Kumaraswamy Layout and Padmanabhanagar.
