Bidar: Mahatma Gandhi Sahakari Sakkare Karakhane president and former Minister Bheemanna Khandre has denied allegations of large-scale irregularities in the factory. "I will resign if any inquiry proves irregularities in the factory," he said in a release. A group of people from Bhalki led by BJP MLA Prakash Khandre had complained to the State Government about large-scale irregularities in the factory. They had sought a high-level inquiry and legal action against the factory. He urged the Government to release water from the Karanja dam to the standing sugarcane crop in the district. He said that the factory would crush sugarcane of all farmers in the district. "We will give priority to farmers who are members of our factory," he said.
