Tom, Preethi the best attackers

KOCHI: The host BPCL's Tom Joseph and Southern Railway's Preethi U. Kartha were adjudged the best attackers in the men's and women's sections of the National Volleyball League's final phase which ended here on Sunday night.

Haryana HSIDC's Sanjay Kumar and Western Railway's K.J. Shibi won the best allrounder awards.

Best player awards:

Men: Tom Joseph (BPCL, attacker), Sanjay Kumar (HSIDC, allrounder), K.J. Kapil Dev (S. Railway, setter), Vinod Negi (HSIDC, libero).
