CHENNAI: Budding technologists of A.C. College of Technology will rub shoulders with eminent scientists at Concert '07, a national level students' technical symposium. The event organised by Anna University to be held at the Raman Auditorium at their college from March 14 to 16. The event organised by the Department of Ceramic Technology will be attracting scientists and technologists from industry and research organisations to share their knowledge and experiences about the current trends in the field of ceramics. D. Viswanathan, Vice-Chancellor, Anna University, will deliver the inaugural address. Leading technologists from the Regional Research Laboratory, Thiruvananthapuram, Sterlite Industries, Tuticorin, and Dalmia Cement, Electronic Division, and students from various institutions will present technical papers. The symposium also has some exciting events such as quiz, dumb charade and math modelling for the participants.
Technical magazine
