BELGAUM: The JNMC Scientific Society of J.N. Medical College organised a short course on `Continuation of Medical Education-2007' here on Saturday.

M.B. Agarwal, haematologist from Bombay Hospital and Medial Research Centre, Mumabi, who inaugurated the programme, highlighted the role of family physicians in promoting good health.

Director of Health Science Institutions of KLE Society H.B. Rajashekhar, J.N. Medical College principal V.D. Patil and KLE Hospital CEO M.V. Jali spoke. Nearly 300 delegates from Belgaum and parts of Maharasthra participated in the CME programme.
