Mulayam dismisses charge

New Delhi: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mulayam Singh on Sunday dismissed the allegation by Congress leader Kapil Sibal that there had been indiscriminate allotment of plots by him in Noida.

``This is election time. All this talk (allegations) is against us [Samajwadi party] ever since we came to politics,'' the Samajwadi Party leader told reporters.
