Guidelines to check baby swapping

HYDERABAD: The Director of Medical Education (DME) has framed new guidelines to check any incidences of baby swapping in Government hospitals.

The guidelines are to be implemented mandatorily in all the hospitals. Officials said the guidelines have been communicated to all the Government hospitals, after a committee of experts examined them.
