Evening of folklore

BANGALORE: Janapada Jhainkara, an evening of songs and dances by over 200 of Bangalore's slum children has been arranged at the Guru Nanak Bhavan on Sunday at 6 p.m.

The children, belonging to the Jeevanotsava Makkala Koota, will show off their knowledge of Karnataka's folklore.
