Child found dead

CHENNAI : A one-and-half-year-old male child died after he fell inside a plastic tub filled with water on Monday. According to police, Syed Mohammed, who resides with his family on Cathedral Road, left home for the airport at around 6 a.m. After seeing him off, his wife and two children went back to bed. When she woke up, she saw one of the children missing. She found the boy in the tub in the bathroom. The child was rushed to the Royapettah Hospital where he was declared "brought dead".
