Acquitted of rape charge

New Delhi: Finding the victim's statement inconsistent and unreliable, a Delhi court has acquitted a man of kidnapping and rape charges. ``Even if no formal marriage has been proved on record, it shows the consent and willingness of the victim to live as wife of Raj Kumar (accused),'' the judge said.
