Award for AAI southern region

CHENNAI : The Southern Region of the Airports Authority of India has been presented with an award for best performing region in AAI. The Airports Authority of India's award is based on performance achievements on MoU parameters signed with Regional Executive Directors and Airport Directors. The Southern Region bagged the award for its consistent overall performance.

Appreciating the consistent record of overall performance Southern Region was adjudged as the best performing region in AAI. Civil Aviation Minister Praful Patel presented a trophy to K. Ramalingam, Regional Executive Director, Southern Region, at the 12th AAI anniversary function held at Ahmedabad last week.
