Tributes paid to Gopala Gowda

BANGALORE: Tributes were paid to socialist leader Shantaveri Gopala Gowda here on Saturday. Home Minister M.P. Prakash, who was the chief guest at a function, called Gopala Gowda a rare politician.

Speaking to presspersons later, the Home Minister said the State Government was ready to hold local body elections.
