Bangalore: The detective novelist N. Narasimhaiah, who is said to be responsible for inculcating the habit of reading among a generation of readers, was felicitated by the Department of Kannada and Culture at its monthly interaction programme, Maneyangaladalli Maatukate, here on Saturday. Conviction
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Narasimhaiah, who has written 550 novels in Kannada, said only honesty and conviction had helped him to discharge all his literary and worldly responsibilities.
