CHENNAI: Saksoft, a provider of business intelligence and software solutions to financial services industry, will be raising additional capital by issuing shares on a preferential basis to TransUnion Interactive inc. and on a private placement basis to qualified institutional bidders. The company is planning to issue 20 lakh shares and the funds raised will be used to augment long-term working capital and repay debt, says a release.
