YSR sanctions house, job to Radhika

HYDERABAD: Chief Minister Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy has sanctioned a house to Radhika, whose kidney was transplanted to her fatherand directed the Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences (NIMS) to appoint her as staff nurse on contract basis.

He also ordered an independent inquiry into the charges against doctors of Osmania General Hospital here that the kidney donated by her to her father, M. Venkateswarlu, had not been transplanted on him.

Mr. Janardhan Reddy submitted a memorandum demanding a relief of Rs. 5 lakh to the family and probe into the allegations.
