TAKE Solutions acquires U.S. firm

CHENNAI: TAKE Solutions Inc., USA, a subsidiary of TAKE Solutions Ltd., has acquired Texas-based ClearOrbit Inc., a provider of supply chain execution and collaborative supply management solutions for an aggregate value of $20.60 million in an all-cash deal. KPMG Corporate Finance was the Mergers and Acquisitions adviser to TAKE for the transaction, says a release.
