TRAFFIC OFFENDERS: In spite of repeated road safety campaigns, brazen violations are the order of the day on Chennai roads. A car sped along the right half of the road near Vivekanandar Salai on Kamarajar Salai on Saturday until it was stopped by a constable. Near the T. Nagar subway it is almost routine for vehicles to take the forbidden U-turn.
