Y. Vivekanand, former secretary of AP Real Estate Developers’ Association, urged the Grater Visakha Municipal Corporation to hold a workshop on vacant land tax to clarify doubts by inviting people, NGOs and officials from Registration Department. He said the Registration Department should display information on market value to facilitate self-assessment at their offices and on their website.
