L&T board declares special dividend

MUMBAI: Larsen and Toubro has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the board of directors of the company, at its meeting held on July 3, has decided to pay Rs. 2 per share of Rs. 2 each as special dividend for 2007-08, the record date being July 18.
