Awareness programme

The Visteel Mahila Samithi organised an environmental awareness programme for 259 women of Ukkunagaram. A telefilm on protection of environment and global warming was shown to participants besides conducting competitions on essay writing, painting, slogan writing and a quiz on the topic, and prizes distributed. Samithi president Anitha Bishnoi, vice-president Rajeswari Manohar and secretary D.V.S. Lakshmi participated.
