Woman succumbs to burns

Kakinada: Rayi Satyaveni (20), who suffered severe burns while cooking on a stove at her house in Marriveedu village, succumbed to injuries at the government general hospital here in the wee hours of Sunday .

The Yeleswaram police have registered a case.

In another case, Kasi Balayogi (56) an agricultural labourer has reportedly committed suicide owing to domestic unrest by consuming a pesticide in Pallepalem village under Mummidivaram police station limits on Sunday.
