YSR case: court to watch CD

Hyderabad: A Division Bench of A.P. High Court, on Monday will watch the contents of the Compact Disc submitted by Ashoka Gajapathi Raju in a case filed against the Chief Minister Dr. Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy.

The bench declared its intention to watch this CD when the writ petition filed by the TDP leader came up for hearing on Friday.

Ananda Gajapathi Raju, former minister and TDP leader filed writ petition complaining that the statutory authorities have not initiated any action against the Chief Minister.

He said that the Chief Minister made categorical statement admitting violation of various welfare legislations and environment laws.

He sought a direction from the authorities to prosecute the Chief Minister.
