Mayor to be water board member

Hyderbad: The Hyderabad Metro Water Supply and Sewerage Board will hereafter have the Mayor of Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation and Corporators as members at specified percentage.

A decision to this effect was taken by the Cabinet on Friday. This was to facilitate the board to get suggestions from elected members and feedback about problems faced by residents if any, with respect to drinking water supply and sewer lines.
