NEW DELHI: After clearing its technical bid, the Delhi Development Authority has declared DLF Private Limited the successful bidder for development of the International Convention and Exhibition Centre in Dwarka Sector-24. According to a DDA spokesperson, the company made Rs. 901.08-crore bid for the exhibition centre against the reserve price of Rs.900 crore. It was the lone bidder. Spread over 14 hectares, the centre will have an integrated built-up area of 1.83 lakh sq. metres. The centre will have an exhibition hall, a hotel and a commercial complex.
