Sandalwood seized

RAMANATHAPURAM: The police on Wednesday arrested five persons and seized 32 kg of sandalwood. Sources said a highway patrol party, which checked the passengers of a Madurai-bound bus from Rameswaram, found the sandalwood in a bag. Sundar, Kangan and Pondi of Kombaiya were arrested.
