I have gone through the article ‘Challenge building up for the homemakers’ in the Spotlight feature published in these columns on July 19 and found it extremely useful.

In 2004, I purchased a double bedroom flat in the city.

Since then, I have several problems with the builder, as he is yet to complete works like cellar and compound walls. I have now come to know of the Consumer Forum, through which I would like to fight against the builder.
