Dress code eased

Thrissur: Women can henceforth wear churidar kurta to the Guruvayur Sree Krishna Temple.

The dress code change was decided by the Devaswom managing committee and announced by chairman Thottathil Ravindran at a press conference here on Friday.

The committee also decided to hold a Devaprasnam in the Malayalam month of Thulam in the context of a debate on allowing non-Hindus into the temple.
