Four JNTU students drowned

ADILABAD: Four students of JNTU, Hyderabad, got drowned in Kuntala waterfall in Neredigonda mandal, about 60 kms from Adilabad town, on Saturday, after they reportedly slipped from the top edge of the waterfall. The four were identified as Raju, Abhishek, Shashank and Satish. According to reports, a batch of 40 students came for a picnic and at 5 p.m., the students were reported to have slipped and fallen into the deep pool from a height of 100 feet. -Staff Reporter
