Educational scholarships announced

CHENNAI: Sri Vidyasagar Educational Trust has announced educational scholarships for meritorious underprivileged students studying in recognised Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) in Chennai, Kancheepuram and Tiruvallur.

The scheme is open to first year students below 25 years securing admission to any engineering trade after passing Standards X or XII, as is prescribed for the course.

Application forms may be obtained through post by sending copies of the Standards X or XII mark sheets and admission cards from an ITI, enclosing a stamped, self-addressed, long envelope before August 14 to the Trust’s office at B1, Narumukai Apartments, Brindavan Nagar Extension, Adambakkam, Chennai – 600088.

The last date for receipt of the completed applications is August 31.
