Easy for St. Joseph’s

BANGALORE: St. Joseph’s Indian Middle School beat St. Germain’s High School 3-0 in the Allan MacBride memorial inter-school hockey tournament (under-12) here on Monday. Mohammed Raheel Mousheen (4th & 14th) and Machaiah (34th) were the goal scorers for the winner.

In the Tanvi Rao tournament for girls (under tenth standard), Bishop Cottons Girls HS ‘A’ beat St. John’s Girls High School 8-0. Tenzin Bhuti (third, eighth, 13th & 18th) logged four goals while Rithu (second & ninth) had a double. Niyamma (seventh) and Neha (14th) also scored for Bishop Cottons.
