Land sale move opposed

The CPI city committee has opposed the move to sell land at Kapparada hills to mobilize funds for the Jawaharlal Nehru National Urban Renewal Mission. Describing the move as one that would benefit the rich, secretary Ch.Raghavendra Rao wanted it to be assigned to the poor for housing.
